최근 도널드 트럼프 미국 대통령이 아시아태평양경제협력체(APEC) 정상회의에는 불참하고, 대신 시진핑 중국 국가주석과 부산 공군기지에서 회담을 가진 뒤 귀국할 예정이라고 알려졌다.

이에 대해 한국 내 일부 좌파 단체와 전국민주노동조합총연맹(민노총)은 '노 트럼프(No Trump)' 구호를 외치며 방한 반대 시위를 준비 중이다.

그러나 냉정히 보면, 지금 한국 사회가 직면한 부패 구조와 인신매매, 마약, 온라인 범죄의 실상을 고려할 때, 트럼프 대통령의 방한은 단순한 정치적 이벤트를 넘어 세계적 악의 구조를 드러내는 중대한 계기가 될 수 있다.

◆ 캄보디아 사태와 글로벌 불법 네트워크의 그림자

캄보디아는 최근 몇 년간 마약, 인신매매, 온라인 사기 등 국제 범죄의 온상으로 떠올랐다.

특히 북한과 중국의 범죄 조직이 연계하여 자금 세탁 및 사이버 범죄를 벌이고 있으며, 한국 내 일부 세력과의 연계 정황도 포착되고 있다.

이러한 범죄 네트워크가 좌파 정부 및 노동 단체의 일부와 연결되어 있다는 의혹은 단순 음모가 아니라, 이미 여러 국제 정보기관의 조사 대상이 되고 있는 현실이다.

이 복잡한 범죄 구조는 단지 캄보디아만의 문제가 아니다.

글로벌 불법 네트워크의 중심에는 마약, 인신매매, 사이버 해킹을 통해 정치적 영향력을 확대하려는 거대한 세력이 존재한다.

이 실체를 처음으로 정면으로 다룬 인물이 바로 도널드 트럼프 대통령이었다.

필자가 강조하는 바는, 트럼프 대통령은 2017년 취임 직후 '인신매매 근절 및 미성년자 성착취 방지'를 위한 두 건의 행정명령을 발표했다.

이어 온라인 아동 성매매, 마약 거래, 인신매매 가해자에 대한 처벌 강화, 피해자 복지 향상에 관한 9개 법안을 통과시켰다.( 한국 정치인은 5년전 제작된 아래유튜브를 꼭 참조하여 트황의 인신매매 대처와 방지책 벤취마킹 할 것).

이러한 조치들은 단순한 국내 정책이 아니라, 국제 범죄 조직과 싸우는 글로벌 전략의 일환이었다.

'엡스타인 사건'을 통해 드러난 미성년자 성착취 네트워크는 미국 사회의 부패한 권력층이 얼마나 깊게 타락했는지를 보여주는 단편에 불과하다.

트럼프 대통령은 이 문제를 정치적 진영 논리를 떠나 '인류의 기본 도덕 질서' 문제로 인식하고 취임 초부터 대대적인 수사와 제도 개혁을 추진하며 관련자를 체포해왔다.

◆ 부정선거 논란과 트럼프 대통령 방한의 진정한 의미

매년 미국에서는 약 80만 명, 전 세계적으로는 8백만 명 이상이 실종된다.

한국에서도 연간 10만 명 이상이 실종되지만, 이들 중 상당수가 단순 가출이나 사고가 아닌 인신매매, 성착취, 장기 밀매 등의 피해자인 것으로 추정된다.

이처럼 인신매매는 인류의 근본을 위협하는 '보이지 않는 전쟁'이다.

여기에 더해 트럼프 대통령은 최근 2020년 미국 대선에서 외국 세력이 부정선거에 개입했다고 재차 주장했다.

트럼프 대통령 방한을 앞두고 미국 연방수사국(FBI)의 부정선거 중간보고에 따르면, 중화인민공화국(중공)을 포함한 여러 국가의 해커 조직이 미국 2020년 대선 선거 시스템에 접근한 정황이 있으며, 한국 기업이 연루되었다는 언급도 있었다.

이 내용의 진위는 추후 더욱 검증이 필요하지만, 중요한 것은 트럼프 대통령이 '정치적 정의'를 넘어서 '하이브리드 전쟁을 통한 주권 침해' 문제를 국제 의제로 끌어올렸다는 점이다.

트럼프 대통령은 자신의 정치적 생명보다 '글로벌 악의 근원과 싸운다'는 사명감으로 정책을 밀어붙였다.

그 결과 그는 강경하고 독단적인 인물로 비판받기도 하지만, 동시에 기존 국제연합(UN), 세계보건기구(WHO), 세계경제포럼(WEF) 등 국제기구의 무기력한 시스템을 뛰어넘는 현실적 대응을 시도했다.

지금 트럼프 대통령이 방한하는 진짜 숨은 목적은 단순한 관세 협상, 한미동맹이나 친미의 문제를 넘어서 인신매매, 마약, 부정선거 등 인류의 근본적 악을 근절하기 위한 국제 연대의 문제이다.

윤석열 정부는 이러한 트럼프 대통령의 의도와 연계해 자유민주주의와 법치를 지키려 했고, '정의의 동맹'을 이루려 했으나 오히려 탄핵을 당해 감옥에 있다는 사실은 우리에게 시사하는 바가 크다.

대한민국이 트럼프 대통령을 환영해야 하는 이유는 분명하다.

그는 국제 범죄와 싸우는 지도자이며, 자유민주주의의 마지막 보루로 평가받는다.

반면, 트럼프 대통령을 반대하며 '노 트럼프(No Trump)'를 외치는 세력은 결과적으로 인류 보편의 정의와 질서에 맞서는 세력이 될 수 있다.

지금은 진영의 문제가 아니라, 인류의 존엄을 지킬 것인가, 악의 구조에 침묵할 것인가의 문제다.

트럼프 대통령의 방한은 바로 그 선택의 순간을 우리에게 던지고 있다.

The U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that he will not attend the upcoming APEC Summit but will instead meet Chinese President Xi Jinping at Busan Air Base before returning to the United States. In response, several left-wing groups and the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU) have begun organizing “No Trump” protests against his visit. Yet, if we look beyond ideology, Trump’s visit should not be seen as a mere political event. Considering the corruption, human trafficking, drug trade, and online crime that South Korea now faces, his visit may in fact expose the underlying structure of global evil that has infiltrated much of the modern world.

◆ The Cambodia Crisis and Its Shadow Over the Korean Peninsula

In recent years, Cambodia has become a hub for international crime, from drug trafficking and human smuggling to online fraud. North Korean and Chinese syndicates are reportedly operating there in coordination, engaging in money laundering and cybercrime. There are even signs of links between these networks and certain elements within South Korea. Such allegations are not mere conspiracy theories. They are now subjects of serious investigation by multiple international intelligence agencies.

The dark web of criminal collaboration extends far beyond Cambodia — it represents a transnational system of power where narcotics, trafficking, and cyberattacks are used as instruments of political and economic influence. Donald Trump was among the first world leaders to confront this reality head-on. Immediately after taking office in 2017, Trump issued two executive orders to combat human trafficking and child sexual exploitation. He later signed 3 laws and 9 bills to strengthen penalties for traffickers, expand protection for victims, and restrict online sex crimes involving minors. These measures were not simply domestic policies but part of a broader global strategy against organized international crime. The Jeffrey Epstein scandal revealed the depth of moral decay within powerful circles in the United States and beyond. The Trump administration viewed such corruption not as a partisan issue but as a moral crisis threatening the foundation of human dignity. From the beginning of his term, President Trump pursued large-scale investigations, institutional reforms, and arrests of those involved.

◆ The Global Missing Persons Issue, Election Fraud, and International Intervention

Annually, approximately 800,000 people go missing in the United States, and over 8 million worldwide. In South Korea, more than 100,000 individuals are reported missing each year. It is estimated that a significant portion of these missing persons are not simply runaways or accident victims but rather victims of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or organ trafficking. Human trafficking thus constitutes an "unseen war" that threatens the very foundation of humanity. Adding to these concerns, President Trump recently reiterated his claim that foreign powers intervened in the 2020 U.S. presidential election. Ahead of his visit to South Korea, an interim report on election fraud by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) allegedly indicated that hacker organizations from several countries, including the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), accessed the 2020 U.S. election system, with an unspecified South Korean company also implicated. While the veracity of these claims requires further verification, the critical point is that President Trump has elevated the issue of "sovereignty infringement through hybrid warfare" to an international agenda, extending beyond mere "political justice."

President Trump has consistently prioritized his mission to "combat the source of global evil" over his political career. As a result, he has faced criticism for being an unyielding and autocratic figure. However, he also attempted pragmatic responses that transcended the often-paralyzed systems of existing international organizations such as the United Nations (UN), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the World Economic Forum (WEF). The true, hidden purpose behind President Trump's current visit to South Korea extends beyond simple tariff negotiations, the ROK-US alliance, or pro-American sentiments. It is fundamentally about forming an international coalition to eradicate foundational evils such as human trafficking, drug trade, and election fraud. The Yoon Suk-yeol government, by aligning with President Trump's intentions to uphold liberal democracy and the rule of law, aimed to forge an "alliance of justice," but instead faced impeachment and is now incarcerated.

South Korea's reasons for welcoming President Trump are clear. He is a leader combating international crime and is widely regarded as a final bulwark of liberal democracy. Conversely, those who oppose President Trump, chanting "No Trump," may ultimately be siding against universal principles of justice and order. This is no longer a partisan issue but a fundamental choice: will we uphold human dignity, or will we remain silent in the face of a structured evil? President Trump's visit confronts us with precisely this moment of decision.
